Quality control data Water: < = 3 % PH value: 6.5 to 8.0 Hydroxyl Value: 175 -185 Acid Value: < 1 RIMPRO WAX AO is a self –emulsifying cream base .this almost odorless ,white , flakes is suited for the preparation of creams and ointments as well as of liquid emulsions of the oil –in water type ,owing to the non - ionic and very skin compatible emulsifier amount neutral, non –irritant emulsion can be formulated combination with oily components, such DECYL OLEATE,CETEARYL ISONONANOATE type product ,CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE , OCTYL DODECANOL , ISOPROPYLE MYRISTATE and ISOPROPYL PALMITATE as super fatting agent Depending on the purpose of Application, the doses vary according to the other components of the formulation. Normally, 8 – 10 % of the product is needed to obtain creamy structures. RIMPRO WAX AO is melted at approx. 70 -800C with, e.g., DECYL OLEATE, CETEARYL ISONONANOATE, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, OCTYL DODECANOL or other vegetable, animal and mineral oils. The necessary water phase, which has the same temperature, is added to the fat phase by stirring.
